Hifazat 'Faz' Ahmad has 18 years of experience in managing and growing business, conference organizations across three continents. He has organized over 300 events in over 20 countries.

Prior to coming to Canada Faz had worked with some of the largest U.K based media and events companies like Emap, Daily Mail Group, Informa and Terrapinn and has sold, produced and managed conferences, large scale exhibitions, awards and managed event businesses.

In 2013 Faz left Top Right Group, where he was commercial director responsible for over US$30 million revenue and team of 45 people to migrate to Canada where he established Faz Inc.(IoT Events) a conscious capitalist events and consulting business focused on empowering Canadian businesses to become efficient, help SMEs explore international growth and preparing businesses for opportunities and challenges presented by Millennials generational transition.

Ruchika Ahluwalia is a dynamic and tech-savvy Conference Producer with sound knowledge of planning and executing in-person and virtual events. She possesses strong experience with content development. With a background in television production and marketing, she is proficient in news scripting, video production and advertising.
